Integrative Family Law is looking for Associate Attorneys

We are looking for experienced family law attorneys who have the desire to serve clients working in an innovative and cooperative team environment.  Our firm is committed to providing exceptional legal and practical support to our clients so all candidates must feel a similar commitment to his or her clients.

The ideal candidate must be a current member of the WSBA in good standing, with no disciplinary history past or pending, have a minimum of 3 years of family law experience, be well-versed and comfortable in the courtroom, and have handled, litigated or otherwise resolved a minimum of 20 divorce or family law matters from start to finish.  We have a strong preference for experience in King County.

This position is full-time in terms of the candidate’s availability to handle matters on short notice.  However, we offer a non-traditional compensation arrangement that provides the ability to work a flexible schedule. Our excellent support staff makes it possible for attorneys to work from home, while being able to consistently meet client needs and being available to handle new clients and emergency matters.  Benefits can include medical/dental/vision, firm retirement contributions, Orca bus pass, CLE and marketing budgets, parking and cell phone stipends, and bonus opportunities.
