Joshua joined Integrative Family Law in 2020 as a paralegal and Limited License Legal Technician. He has spent his entire legal career in the family law field, beginning in 2007 as legal assistant for family law attorney Nancy S. Weil. Starting in 2013, he worked as a paralegal at McKinley Irvin for senior and associate level attorneys.

In 2019, Joshua passed the Paralegal Advanced Competency Exam (PACE) offered through the National Federation of Paralegal Associations, and completed the requirements to begin studying for Washington State’s Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) program. After completing the core curriculum through the University of Washington, he passed the LLLT bar exam in February 2020 and became a licensed LLLT in July 2020.

As a paralegal, Joshua enjoys assisting and collaborating with attorneys at Integrative Family Law. Through his own practice as a LLLT, he is a thoughtful and thorough guide to help clients through their challenging family law issues.

When not working, Joshua enjoys spending time with his wife and two young children and playing and listening to music.
