Hallie Eads
Attorney

Hallie Eads graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Seattle University School of Law in 2006 and received a Bachelor of Arts degree with an English major from Duke University in 2001.  She also participated in the Pace London Law Program in Spring 2006, whereby she studied International Law at University College of London. 

Hallie brings a unique combination of corporate finance and criminal law to her family law practice.  Prior to joining Carol Bailey & Associates, Hallie worked in London for Norton Rose LLP, as a part of the United States corporate finance group.  She focused on public international equity offerings and private placements into the United States.  Prior to Norton Rose, Hallie worked as a Rule 9 Attorney at the Defender Association in Seattle where she represented clients charged with misdemeanor crimes.  While at the Defender Association, she discovered a passion for being effective and successful in the courtroom and developed the skills necessary to be a successful advocate for her clients.

Hallie’s unique background of representing both individuals and large international corporations has resulted in her belief that excellent representation requires a complete understanding of her clients’ personal and financial needs.  While she draws upon her corporate background to bring an analytical approach to address her client’s needs, she believes that spending time with each client is essential to understand their goals and to help them make the best decisions for their long term well being. 

Hallie is a member in good standing of the Washington State Bar Association and the King County Bar Association.  She volunteers as an attorney in pro-bono dissolution cases through the King County Bar Association Family Law Mentor Program.
